1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website in the Wedding Calculator USA Network (weddingcalculatorusa.com, weddings.ws, weddingcostgenerator.com, yourweddingcalculator.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Cost Estimates

All wedding cost estimates, averages, and figures provided on our websites are for informational and planning purposes only. They are based on aggregated data and local market research and do not constitute a quote, contract, or guarantee of any actual price. Actual costs may vary significantly based on your specific vendors, choices, and circumstances. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the information provided.

3. Free Tools and PDF Downloads

Our free wedding budget tools and PDF checklists are provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish any content or materials from our websites without written permission.

4. Paid Products

Certain premium products (such as the Wedding Budget Blueprint PDF) are available for purchase. All sales are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. 5. Lead Submission, Phone Verification, and Vendor Matching

When you submit your contact information through our wedding inquiry form, you consent to being contacted by the Wedding Calculator Network and by local wedding vendors in your area who may purchase your lead information.

To confirm your submission is genuine, we verify your phone number by sending a one-time verification code by SMS text message (or, for landlines, by an automated voice call) through our verification provider, Twilio. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Verifying your number is required in order to be matched with vendors. We verify your number for this purpose only; it is not used for marketing text messages.

We do not guarantee any specific vendor match, response time, or quality of service from third-party vendors. Any agreement you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor. The same lead may be made available to more than one vendor, and we do not guarantee exclusivity. If a lead is reported by multiple vendors as inaccurate, unreachable, or fraudulent, we may withdraw it from further matching. 6. Vendor Accounts, Verification, Lead Pricing, and Refunds

Wedding vendors who register on our platform (weddings.ws) agree to the following:

• Account verification. We verify your business phone number with a one-time SMS code when you create your account, and again when you sign in on a new device or after signing out. This protects your account and your leads, particularly on shared computers.
• Lead pricing.Your first 3 leads are free. After that, unlocking a lead's contact information costs $15 per lead. There is no monthly or subscription fee. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
• Competition, and lead limits.Leads are not exclusive. The same couple may be offered to up to four vendors in each service category, so couples can compare their options. You compete on responsiveness, fit, and price — winning any given lead is never guaranteed, and that competition is the platform. Once a category is full for a lead, it closes to further unlocks.
• Use of lead data. Lead information (name, email, phone) must be used solely to contact the prospective couple regarding wedding services. Reselling, sharing, or misusing lead data is strictly prohibited.
• Reporting a lead, and credits.You may report a lead you unlocked from your dashboard if it has a verifiable problem: (1) you can't contact the couple (disconnected number or bounced email), (2) the lead is fake or spam, (3) it's for a service or area you don't cover, (4) the couple had already booked before the lead was posted, or (5) it's a duplicate of a lead you already have. Valid reports are made whole with an account credit toward a future lead, or the restoration of a free lead if a free lead was used. A reasonable number of reports each month are credited automatically; beyond that, reports are reviewed before crediting. Credits are account goodwill, have no cash value, apply only to future lead unlocks, and do not carry over if your account is closed.
• What is not a valid report.A lead is a shot at a booking, not a guarantee. If you reach the couple but don't win the job — she chose another vendor, is still deciding, or didn't respond to your outreach — that is normal competition, not a defect, and is not eligible for a credit.
• Cash refunds and closing your account. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. If you wish to close your account and request a refund, contact us; we will review recent or genuinely disputed charges on a case-by-case basis and issue any approved refund manually. When an account is closed, your profile and login are removed and you will no longer receive leads.
• Returning accounts.To recognize a returning account, we retain a one-way, non-reversible record derived from your account's contact details; we do not keep your readable contact information after closure. If you previously held an account, you will not receive a new set of free leads upon rejoining, and lead pricing applies from your first lead. Accounts closed for fraud or misuse may be denied re-registration.
• Data retention.The contact details of couples whose leads you unlocked, and the records of your transactions, form part of those couples' records and our financial records. They are retained and are not deleted when your account is closed.
• Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts at our discretion for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

7. Advertising

Our websites may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may direct you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Wedding Calculator USA and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Cost estimates are based on aggregated market data and are reviewed and updated periodically. They are intended for planning purposes only and may not reflect the most current market conditions in your area.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Calculator USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, reliance on any information provided on our websites, or any transactions between couples and vendors facilitated through our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms
